His torso is much bulkier than before and has spikes coming out of his back and parts of his shoulders. With eyes still obscured by thick ink covering his head, his mouth can now open fully with teeth comparable to a human's, complete with gums. Along with being much taller, his horns sport a more natural curve reminiscent of real animal horns compared to the cartoon inspiration of before. In Bendy and the Dark Revival, the Ink Demon's appearance has been updated and changed to be far less toony, and much more demonic-looking. He also wears a drooping bow-tie close on the middle of his chest, appearing almost identical to Bendy's, except being larger and slightly tilted to his left, giving him a misshapen appearance. The Ink Demon's feet are also mismatched: His right foot faintly resembles that of a human, while his left foot is just a stump due to someone cutting it off, giving him as limp. On his left hand, he wears an over-sized sepia glove with four fingers, while his right hand is much smaller and human-like with five fingers. His left arm is slightly longer than his right, which looks thinner and less human. The Ink Demon has a slightly hunched back, with his spine seeming crooked or curved and producing endless wisps of blackish smoke, sporting spiky spines. His toothy grin, matching his original cartoon design, appears sketch-like and vibrates. His horns are curved to bear a shape like a deformed crescent moon, being able to use them to articulate similarly to animal ears. His head highly resembles that of the original Bendy, but the top of his head appears melted, obscuring his eyes.
